ORDERING PROCESS:

1. Select Your Design Style

2. If selecting Design Style 2 (Personalized Backside Option):

   • Choose font you would like for backside text

   • Provide text for back of glass as you wish it to appear.

   • Text can be run vertically or horizontal on the backside. Please tell us your preference. Text will default to horizontal if not specified.

3. You will receive a proof of your order sent to the email used in your order within 2 business days. Approval of proof is required before your order is produced. Your glasses will be produced within 3 business days upon receipt of final approval.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/DAMAGE:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval is received.
• Returns/exchanges are not available on personalized products.
• We take extra care to ensure all of our items are shipped securely. In the event of shipping damage, you are responsible for notifying us within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise. We will assist in filing the insurance claim, however we may require your assistance in providing the insurer additional information.
