Price includes laser etched glass and a design proof created for you based on your specifications and/or supplied graphic file. We will work with you to make any adjustments needed before production commences.

FEATURES OF OUR GLASS:

• 3 oz Libbey jigger style shot glass. Sharply designed with versatility and elegance in mind, this glass's smooth, clean lines give it a neat and simple look without sacrificing beauty.

• Dimensions of glass are: 2 5/8" high; top diameter 2"; bottom diameter 2"

• Laser etched design.  Unlike paint or vinyl, our process is permanent and will not peel off.

• Glass is dishwasher safe

• Glass orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground (depending on total quantity and location).

• Every glass is proudly engraved and shipped from our local shop in Olyphant, PA.

ORDERING PROCESS:

1. Order the desired number of glasses.

2. Provide your design/design idea.

   • We can work with most graphics, artwork, or designs of your choosing.  If you need help coming up with a design, just provide as much information as possible on what you would like for your glass.  We will work with you from there.

   • Maximum design height for this glass is 1 1/2", therefore photos or other 'complex' designs are not recommended.

   • Design information can be included in your order comments or emailed to us at info@jandjdesignz.com.  Please include your order # in the email.  If there is a graphic you would like to have on the glass, please email the file (JPEG, SVG, DXF, or GIF).

3. Watch for your initial design proof.

   • You will receive an initial .pdf design proof from us within one business day (Mon - Fri).  If you do not see your proof, please be sure to check promotion and spam folders.  The email will be coming from info@jandjdesignz.com.

4. Work with us to finalize and approve your design.

   • We will work with you to get your design as you wish it to look.  Once it does, provide your final approval and we will move it onto production.  Approval of proof is required before your order is produced.  

5. Enjoy your new glass!

   • Your glasses will be produced within 3 business days upon receipt of final approval.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/DAMAGE:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval is received.

• Returns/exchanges are not available on personalized products.

• We take extra care to ensure all of our items are shipped securely. In the event of shipping damage, you are responsible for notifying us within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise. We will assist in filing the insurance claim, however we may require your assistance in providing the insurer additional information/photos. We will replace your order or issue a refund (your choice) upon completion of the insurance submission.

• We are extraordinarily careful to ensure what you order is what you receive. In the event there is an error on our part on your item, we will replace it at no cost to you (including shipping of the new item).
