ORDERING PROCESS:

1. Order the desired number of glasses.

2. Provide your design/design idea.

   • We can work with most graphics, artwork, or designs of your choosing.  If you need help coming up with a design, just provide as much information as possible on what you would like for your glass.  We will work with you from there.

   • Design information can be included in your order comments or emailed to us at info@jandjdesignz.com.  Please include your order # in the email.  If there is a graphic you would like to have on the glass, please email the file (JPEG, SVG, DXF, or GIF).

3. Watch for your initial design proof.

   • You will receive an initial .pdf design proof from us within one business day (Mon - Fri).  If you do not see your proof, please be sure to check promotion and spam folders.  The email will be coming from info@jandjdesignz.com.

4. Work with us to finalize and approve your design.

   • We will work with you to get your design as you wish it to look.  Once it does, provide your final approval and we will move it onto production.  Approval of proof is required before your order is produced.  

5. Enjoy your new glass!

   • Your glasses will be produced within 3 business days upon receipt of final approval.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/DAMAGE:

• Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval is received.

• Returns/exchanges are not available on personalized products.

• We take extra care to ensure all of our items are shipped securely. In the event of shipping damage, you are responsible for notifying us within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise. We will assist in filing the insurance claim, however we may require your assistance in providing the insurer additional
