ORDERING PROCESS:
- Please indicate text you wish to appear, as you wish it to appear (i.e. if you want a name/word in all caps, write it out in all caps). Please be as specific as possible to ensure we can get you the perfect design with minimal revisions. Information can also be sent to us via email at info@jandjdesignz.com. Please include order number in email.
- If there is a graphic you would like to have on the glass, please email the file (JPEG, SVG, DXF, or GIF) to info@jandjdesignz.com with your order #. Please also indicate in your comments that you are sending a graphic file so we can be on the lookout. SVG or PDF files are preferred in order to give you the highest quality detail, but we accept all formats.
- You will receive a proof of your order sent to the email used in your order within 2 business days (Mon - Fri). WE WILL NOT PRODUCE YOUR ORDER WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL. Your glasses will be produced within 3 business days upon receipt of final approval.
