Choose a logo, name, text, or line-art graphic. Front, back, and two-sided design layouts are available, and included for no additional cost. We’ll work with you to finalize your design before engraving.

Review your design proof and provide approval.
Design Proof & Production
We provide an initial PDF design proof within one business day, Monday–Friday. Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from info@jandjdesignz.com.
Your approval is required before production begins. Your tumbler will be produced within three business days after final proof approval. Shipping time is additional.
Bulk Orders
Ordering 10 or more tumblers? Contact us before placing your order for bulk pricing. Include your quantity, preferred colors, design details, and needed-by date.
Personalized Order Policy
Personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Orders cannot be canceled after final proof approval. If your order arrives damaged or we make an error, please contact us so we can help.

We take extra care to ensure all of our items are shipped securely. In the event of shipping damage, you are responsible for notifying us within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise. We will assist in filing the insurance claim, however we may require your assistance in providing the insurer additional information.
