ORDERING PROCESS:

- Pick Your Design Option (options are on slides 6-10)
- Please indicate text for 4 lines of personalization on front design.
- If selecting a Personalized Backside Option:
- Specify font you would like for backside text (see slide 3)
- Provide text for back of glass as you wish it to appear.
- You will receive a proof of your order via email within 2 business days of order.
- Your mug will be produced within 3 business days upon receipt of final approval or final proof reminder.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/DAMAGE:

Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval is received.

We take extra care to ensure all of our items are shipped securely. In the event of shipping damage, you are responsible for notifying us within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise. We will assist in filing the insurance claim, however we may require your assistance in providing the insurer additional information.
