- Provide text for back of glass as you wish it to appear.
- You will receive a proof of your order via Etsy message within 2 business days of order. If you prefer
the proof to be sent via email, please specify that in order comments.
- Your glass will be produced within 3 business days upon receipt of final approval or final proof
reminder. -
Watch for your initial design proof.

You will receive an initial .pdf design proof from us within one business day (Mon - Fri). If you do not see your proof, please be sure to check promotion and spam folders. The email will be coming from info@jandjdesignz.com.

Work with us to finalize and approve your design.

Provide your design approval, or send us any corrections neccessary. Approval of proof is required before your order is produced.

Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval is received.

Returns/exchanges are not available on personalized products.

We take extra care to ensure all of our items are shipped securely. In the event of shipping damage, you are responsible for notifying us within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise. We will assist in filing the insurance claim, however we may require your assistance in providing the insurer additional information.
